Give us your flight number when you book and we watch it. Your driver arrives when the plane actually lands, not when it was scheduled to, and there's no charge for the delay.
Yes, and most people do. Leave your bags with the concierge or bell desk under your own name and tell them SHOFD is collecting. We take a photo at pick-up so you can see they were handed over correctly.
Your passport, cash, jewellery, medication and laptop should travel with you rather than in a sent bag. Everything else is fine to hand over. We photograph your bags at pick-up and again at delivery, so there's a record of their condition at both ends.
No cash, jewellery, fragile antiques, food that will spoil, or dangerous goods such as loose batteries, aerosols and anything flammable. If you're not sure about something, message us before you book.
Free up to 12 hours before your hand-over time. Inside 12 hours we charge half, and a no-show is charged in full — by then the driver and the slot are committed.
